Interview Process

Phone Screen

This is just a quick chat to understand if we’re aligned. We’ll ask if you’re okay with working in person in Los Angeles, your timelines, and why you’re interested in working for Two Dots.

Technical Screen

We will spend 45 minutes working on a short technical challenge that the company actually faced and solved in its earliest days. This interview is mostly there to elicit how you think and communicate about the problem.

Interview Process

If we think we might be a good fit for each other, you will travel to LA for a full day with us. There will be a whiteboarding and pair coding exercise tailored to your background, along with informal discussions about how you can help the company and how we can help you grow your career.

Timing

We should be able to give you an answer within a week of your in-person interview.
