When I run the apt command to upgrade my Ubuntu Linux 20.04 LTS desktop developer machine, I get an error or message:

How do I fix this? Do I need buy an Ubuntu pro subscription? I thought Ubuntu was free If I upgrade to Ubuntu 22.04, LTS, will this error go away?
