Over the past few months, I have created a personal Diary app called “App Ananda.” It operates exclusively offline and in private, allowing you to document your thoughts and daily activities. Additionally, you can add goals and track your progress over time. By considering your Goal Tracking and Diary Entries, the app generates a score (currently based on frequency) that indicates how your diary entries contribute to achieving your goals. You can utilize this feature to determine why a particular health condition arises and then improves.

The app was constructed using Flutter, and data is stored locally without being sent elsewhere. You can export the data as an SQLite file to conduct your analysis. Furthermore, I am establishing a user community at: https://community.trk7.app/c/app-ananda/app-ananda-goals-discussions/8
