This powerful AI assistant allows you to create a complex backlog structure for your project in very little time. Tachyon GPT gives you the power to improve existing work items or generate new work items based on brief titles or descriptions.

Tachyon GPT has been fully tested against the ‘Agile’ Work item process under the project settings. Scrum and CMMI processes are coming soon.

PREPARE FOR AWESOMENESS – CONFIGURING TACHYON GPT

After installing the Tachyon GPT extension in your ADO organization, you need to configure the extension using your own OpenAI or Azure OpenAI API keys. Additionally, you can select what types of work items you want Tachyon GPT to support within the ADO project. To leverage OpenAI, enter your API token and choose the model from the drop-down menu. Once that is completed you are good to go.

For Azure OpenAI you will need to enter your Key1 or Key 2, the model deployment name and your organization’s OpenAI URL. You can find those in the OpenAI section of the Azure Portal.

Tachyon GPT integrates seamlessly within Azure DevOps so you can focus on the task at hand instead of jumping between tools in other environments. We understand how hard you work to refine and groom your work items, which is why Tachyon GPT will never change your work items without your explicit permission. Upon clicking on the ‘Improve User Story’ button, you will be presented with two options to refine your active work item.

The custom modal dialog contains all the elements you need to manipulate the generated suggestions.
