We’re now expanding rapidly and are looking for a talented Product Manager to join us.

About The Role

As a Product Manager, you play a key role in improving the lives of our clients. You’ll identify pain points faced by SMEs across South East Asia, and shape solutions that will have a huge impact on their business.

Currently, our product offering is unlike anything else on the market — with unique features including one-day setup and no-code installation. We’re constantly developing exciting new features, and we’d love your help.

Great communication is at the heart of this role, as you’ll collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams to build amazing products and improve user experience on our platform.

You’ll get to revolutionise the digital payments landscape, and build exciting products with our team of world-class engineers.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to shipping, to improve our current offering and introduce new and impactful products
• Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to develop a comprehensive ecosystem of payment tools that work well together
• Build a deep understanding of the pain points faced by SMEs, and identify product solutions that HitPay can develop and launch

You’ll Love This Role If You Have:

• Strong background in computer science or software engineering, with an understanding of high-level systems architecture
• Excellent communication skills to provide suggestions on functional and technical requirements, and articulate problems faced by users
• Prior experience in the fintech industry, with an ability to acquire deep knowledge about technical products
• An analytical and strategic mind, with a motivation to improve our products and solve customer pain points
• Ownership of your goals and a passion to always keep learning
• Track record of success as a product manager, or experience managing an end-to-end product lifecycle
