Fleek (YC W22) is a B2B Marketplace for wholesale second hand fashion. We enable Gen-Z resellers and retail stores to buy from vintage clothing suppliers from around the world.

Your responsibility will be to help sustain the growth flywheel for Fleek. You need to be scrappy, innovative and an analytical thinker. Our buyers and sellers are hard working GenZ-ers. Being able to have a voice that resonates with our user base is important for success in this role! You should also be willing to wear multiple hats as we grow.

In this role you will be responsible for Order & supplier operations. Buyers can buy in various ways on the website (direct bundles, video calls or custom orders) and each of these mechanism requires fulfillment processes to be put in place. You should be ready to get your hands dirty. The key to success is to understand the existing manual processes and help streamline/automate them.

You will also be responsible to keep the levels of inventory healthy on the platform. That includes engaging with our supplier community and setting up account management for each one of them.

• 3+ years of experience running operations at a early stage startup
