A 23-year-old individual known online as “Rivenrayne” has been arrested in Lisbon, Portugal, and is awaiting extradition to Tennessee. The arrest follows an indictment earlier this month by a Blount County Grand Jury on multiple charges, including continuous sexual abuse of a child, trafficking for a commercial sex act, and exploitation of minors by electronic means. Authorities allege the individual was active on the Dark Web and engaged in criminal activities involving minors.
