I've had monthly or sometimes bi-monhtly emails and even text messages to my personal phone number from recruiters at Google about open roles over the last 9 months and it's annoying af. I would never be hired there for many reasons nor do I want to interview with them. Is this just for developer sentiment to get an idea of what devs out there are thinking of their brand? What's your experience been with Google recruiters randomly reaching out?
They seem extra thirsty.
