I'm currently trying to find the best video editing tool for implementation and I've been lost with all the tools out there so I was wondering if anyone had first-hand experience on one and can recommend
my use case is this:
A Regular media player (stop, play, speed, change resolution, w.e) with the abilities to:
* play specific parts of the video using JS
* highlight specific parts
* changing said highlighted parts
* not an iframe
* minimized display
* progress bar with mini-frame display
* (optional) adding overlays
